Born from a deep passion to help leaders and professionals who feel stuck, the Heartcore Warriors Academy emerged after 15 years of experience in change management, business consulting, leadership coaching and development.

Hi, my name is Agavni Jessaijan.
But you may call me Raf. I am an entrepreneur by heart, mBIT Leadership & Business Coach and trainer, keynote speaker, change & tranformation-geek, podcaster and self-publishing author of my own book: No Matter What. I am a skydiver and finalist of a Dutch TV-show called Kamp van Koningsbrugge season 2.
